There are three bigs dogs tied up in the front yard of this house, all day, from morning to evening, barking constantly and being yelled at by the owners. The yard reeks strongly of dog feces, and the constant barking is a noise disturbance for the entire neighborhood. It's a shame that this one neighbor has such disregard for the rest of their neighbors, and additionally is ill equipped to handle their animals. Hopefully, you do something about it. Others in the neighborhood are likely going to be reporting this to PACC. Especially, with summer coming soon, and the temperatures rising. Unfortunately, these owners are not familiar with the proper care of the canines. It is extremely sad for those animals. I estimate the problem will escalate. Anyway you can help is appreciated, before PACC or law enforcement gets involved further. Both the paramedics and police have been to that house in the past couple months more than once.
