The lagging left turn green arrow sometimes does not come on when there are cars waiting in the northbound left turn lane on Craycroft Rd to turn onto westbound E 5th St. This has been happening for over 2 weeks. Drivers who regularly turn at that intersection are used to having a lagging green arrow and will sometimes turn on the red light expecting the arrow.
