Debris/Illegal Dumping/Litter

Neighbor at 5120 E. 2nd St. continually uses her own garbage can for garbage, large boxes, etc. then goes to our garbage can, pictured on the right, and does the same. I asked her not to use the garbage can we have allocated to our house, but she said other people do it so she can too. I said it does not make it right to use our garbage can, pictured on the right, so that I cannot fit our garbage in there. After our conversation, she continued to dump an entire large garbage can of items into our can. This is a continual problem and I think the city needs to remind her to only use her own garbage can and then, if there is more garbage, to go to the city site to dump it.
